Ingredients
- I kg Carrots(Grated) I Litre Almond Milk 8 Cardamon pods Date Paste to taste 1-2 Table spoons of cashew nut paste (optional) Raisins Roasted sliced almonds( for garnishing)
Recipe Steps:
- Grate the carrots,place in a stainless steel heavy bottomed pan.
- Pour the almond milk into the carrots.
- Add cardamom pods and cook until liquid has reduced or dried up taking care not to burn it.This will take 30 -40 minutes.
- Add the Date paste and stir occasionally.
- Remove and garnish it with crushed almonds.
