Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs,onions, tomatoes, coriander,green chilly,black salt,garam masala,black pepper,dhania powder,olive oil

Recipe Steps:

  • Finely chop onions,tomatoes,green chilly and coriander
  • Heat olive oil in a non stick pan
  • Saute the chopped ingredients on a slow fire
  • Whisk 4 eggs with their yellow in a blender,add pepper and black salt to taste.
  • Once the onions are of golden brown color,add half a tea spoon of garam masala,half a tea spoon of coriander powder and saute well for 5 minutes.Now add the eggs to the masala and cover,let it cook slowly over a slow fire.Remove and serve and garnish with fresh coriander leaves
