Ingredients
- Potatoes, cucumber, carrot, onion, salt, sugar, vinegar, Japanese mustard and black pepper.
Recipe Steps:
- 1. Slice half of onion and soak in water for a while. Slice 1 cucumber and add 1 to 2 tea spoon of salt. Boil 1 to 3 of carrot until boiling.
- 2. Boil 4-5 peeling potatoes until they are well boiled.
- 3. Mix 2 to 3 tea spoon of salt and sugar, 15 cc of vinegar, some Japanese mustard and some black pepper.
- 4. After potatoes are well boiled, throw boiled water and get potatoes dried on small fire. And then crush them and stir them up with sauce of step_3.
- 5.Squeeze vegetables of step_1. and mix with potatoes of step_4. and add some mayonnaise.
