Here’s a vegan and low fat free,guilt free mayonnaise recipe made with tofu and cashews.
You can use the mayonnaise for sandwiches,or mix it with vegetables to have a light meal.
Have it with your breads,rotis or whatever you fancy.

Ingredients
- One 12.3 ounce package,firm silken Tofu 1/2 cup cashew nuts 1 table spoon lemon juice 1 tsp sugar Wasabi paste- 1/2 inch squirt Black Salt to taste Freshly ground pepper
Recipe Steps:
- Drain water from the Tofu and put in a blender,add the cashew nuts,lemon juice,mustard and sugar.Blend everything well into a smooth consistency.
- Blend again adding the black salt,pepper and Wasabi.
- The texture should be soft and creamy.
- Seal tightly in a air tight container and keep it refrigrated
