Ingredients
- Wholemeal wraps,98% low fat sour cream,low fat cottage cheese,lettuce,onions,tomatoes,black salt,chilly sauce,black pepper
Recipe Steps:
- Chop onions,tomatoes,lettuce finely
- Mix the chopped ingredients with Cottage cheese,add black salt,pepper and a dash of chilly sauce and mix well.
- Cook the wraps evenly on both sides to a light yellow color on a slow fire on a non stick pan.
- Once the wrap is cooked,remove and apply sour cream on one side of the wrap.
- Add all the ingredients inside the wrap and fold and cut into neat slices of your liking.Serve with
